ISOBUS Compatibility
Connect your baler directly to an ISOBUS ready tractor and manage all operations through the tractor’s existing terminal. Operate the automatic binding process and are compatible with ISOBUS joysticks, allowing you to assign all essential baler functions to a single controller.
Intelligent Density 3D
With 3 pre-selectable bale density settings “intelligent Density 3D” makes it easy to choose the correct bale density in different crops. Each of the 3 crop type presets change the desired density in each of the 3 bale zones. They can also be manually adjusted by zone for further customization.
TechnoPack Moisture Monitoring
The optional TechnoPack provides real-time moisture monitoring of crops as they enter the bale chamber. Using a sensor plate in the lower part of the chamber, the system displays the percentage of moisture on the control terminal, allowing drivers to immediately decide if hay or straw is fit to bale to preserve forage quality.
High-Density Bale Chamber
A high-density bale chamber designed for multi-crop use, combining three rollers and four durable endless belts to ensure smooth bale rotation with minimal crop loss. This well-engineered system produces well-formed, dense bales that maintain their shape better for easier handling, improved stacking, and superior fermentation.
PowerBind Net Wrap System
The patented PowerBind net wrap system standard on Kubota balers allows Kubota to get away from the old high-wear feed rollers. The net is fed directly into the bale chamber by injection plates for maximum tightness and injection accuracy.
Fast Tailgate Cycle
A fast-acting tailgate cycle and hydraulic belt tensioner allows for rapid tailgate closing to ensure high output and more productive time spent baling. By minimizing the time spent stationary between bales, operators can maintain a high harvesting speed throughout the day.
Parallelogram DropFloor System
The Kubota Parallelogram drop floor system makes it faster and easier to clear blockages from the comfort of the tractor cab. The patented system not only lowers the rear edge of the drop floor as per traditional systems, but also provides additional space under the front section of the floor, where a blockage is more likely to occur.
PowerFeed Rotor Intake
Kubota PowerFeed rotor intake system provides impressive intake capacity - handling both wet and dry crops through changing conditions. 14 guided rotor tines proactively force crop material into the bale chamber for instant bale start and evenly shaped bales.
ChopFeed 15 Cutting System
The ChopFeed 15 cutting system uses 15 specially profiled knives to pre-chop crops to a consistent 2.75" (70mm) length, which improves crop flow and leads to tighter, denser bales. Each knife is individually spring-protected to prevent damage from obstacles like stones, automatically resetting once the object has passed.
High-Capacity Pick-Up
The BV6000’s extra wide pick-up of 90.6“ (2.3m) designed for clean raking across all crop conditions, from short straw to heavy silage. This system uses closely spaced tines and a large-diameter roller crop press to ensure smooth, high-speed intake while minimizing crop loss.
Heavy-Duty Driveline
The BV6000 Series features a heavy-duty split driveline designed for maximum reliability and low maintenance, utilizing an integrated one-piece main gearbox that balances torque by splitting drive to the rotor and bale chamber. This system ensures long-term durability through automatic chain lubrication with individually adjustable outlets, and remote grease banks for easy bearing maintenance.
